ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED

Amazon has suspended my account immediately after opening it, and deducted the the full amount from my credit card even though I submitted all the required documents in the registration process. I contacted the customer service department, which was an International call, I’m liable for the cost of the call and there was no one that could assist me. So far Amazon has only caused my business a loss. I was so excited but my excitement turned into complete disappointment. The website is not user friendly at all, the customer service department can’t assist and no one responds to emails/messages. I’m hoping to get a refund and to cancel my account.
