You need a better tracking system, you can't intervene on your system and replace the item that spilled and bring my entire delivery to me the day after you said you would. I may have to wait till Thursday for you to fix your mess, that's two days after delivery was promised. And that's intervening not delivering to me, guess you'll deliver the WEEK after you said you would. But as always in this country the customer doesn't matter.
