Worst service ever
1st time order, such a disappointment. Their service bad, the courier company they use worse!!!

01 Dec 2025, 19:09My order was supposed to arrive today, I called DPD Laser 4 times to check on it seeing it was getting late and on all instances someone answered asked how they could help and as soon I started to speak no one responds. And after getting tired of trying them, I went on to Amazon directly to tell them about the problem, not only did that agent ********ly told me to suck it up, it will get here when it gets here, she told me to again call them tomorrow to check on my parcel as she won't be available the following day so it's up to me to follow up. Now I'm sitting here with no clue what's going on, for items I paid extra to get them because I needed them urgently. If this is the service you provided Americans, I don't know how you're as big as you are.
