worst service ever

i am a seller on amazon i sent items to the warehouse its been almost a month and my items have not been listed i had missed black friday christmas and new years as well as back to school due to this incompetence i reached out to them various times and each time i get a standard generic result i am so ****ed with the service i cant seem to contact any support from south africa all the support is from india im not sure if amazon is usually like this or south africa service and employment standards decided to destroy this company i am so dissapointed and im ****ed with this service im still sitting with stock that has not been sold the stock is at the fulfillment centre i just feel stuck
