WORST SERVICE DELIVERY EVER!!!!

Asked and paid for same day delivery and it is the second day that my package was not delivered. No courier hooted at my gate or tried to call me. When I tracked my package the courier stated that ‘Delivery attempted’ and then ‘arrived at carrier facility’. The courier also did not attempt to deliver second time.

When I tried to complaint to Amazon.co.za via a call back as per their website, the message is :’ Sorry, our callback service is currently unavailable.’ and if you try and go the WApp chat route the message is:’ There was a problem with the chat.‘

I am EXTREMLY UNHAPPY AND I REQUESTED SAME DAY DELIVERY and no contact was attempted to be made with me and there is absolutely NO MANNER TO TALK TO ANYONE AT AMAZON.co.za. The WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVERE EXPERIENCED WITH AN ONLINE ORDER!!!
