Worst online shopping

I bought items from Amazon. To return the items was a nightmare.it’s mostly on their supplier side which is Smart Trading Enterprise. The number list on Amazon returns and website is unreadable . I also emailed them, still no response from Smart Trading Enterprise. Amazon SA just lost a customer.
