****** won’t refund

I bought 2 tv sets through them, and they delivered on time. Two weeks later one of the sets would no longer function and I logged a return. I was instructed to take it to courier guy who later lost the tv. Since October 2024 to date I have spent so much time trying to get a refund unsuccessfully
