Won't accept payment, won't supply support, won't cancel order.

EFT payment did not go through as I get a 6 digit OTP and they only allow 5 digits. Tried debit card - they keep saying "update payment method" even though my card is authenticating when I make payment to them. Tried phoning - "Sorry, our callback service is currently unavailable. To contact us, please chat with us." Tried chatting: it just redirect me back to "Call me now" Tried cancelling order - "Cancel" isn't available as an option on my order page. I will NEVER try these bozo's again
