Wonderful platform.

Have made about 10 orders since November of 2024. Every order, of various sizes, has arrived promptly when stated that it would and the most I have ever had to pay for shipping (on priority) was R5! I generally try to avoid paying for shipping when shopping online.

Everything has been neatly packed and the delivery process with The Courier Guy and DPD Laser has always been seamless and pleasant. Have had things delivered to numerous addresses and the process of adding and editing addresses and payment info has always been easy.

Be careful not to purchase things from unauthorised retailers and resellers, however. Be aware of items that appear **** or aren’t sold by reputable retailers or Amazon Commercial Services themselves. Read reviews where there are. Look for sales when there are and purchase then.

Have not had to return anything as of yet so can’t comment on the customer service when it comes to returns or issues with deliveries or items. But I can say they have always been swift with communications about my orders and deliveries.

My only real gripe is that due to its infancy in the country and stiff competition with Takealot, their product offering isn’t as large and expansive as what one would like it to be or even nearly as broad as Amazon US, for example. But I hope with time they will increase their product offerings.
