What Appalling service

Ordered a product for Christmas from Amazon, on 22 December, with next day delivery that turned into 24 Dec, during the day of the 24th it became 27 Dec, now that is not acceptable, they use The Currier Guy which is really a bad bunch! Amazon are prepared to refund but think they miss the point!!! They will not make it in this market, most prices are high, poor service, poor communication, appalling experience! Enjoy your christmas Amazon!!!
