Wanna double charge me!!

Disgusting!!! Being a first time customer I app**** my promotion code, was debited on the he 4th of October. Have proof it was a successful debit. Called in to check why my order been delayed Amazon says I never pay!!! What ****!!! I was successfully debited.. they now want me to pay again *** ***** business is this?? I'm so livid even the consultant didn't have any answers! NEVER AGAIN! WISH I COULD GIVE NO STAR!!!
