Very bad customer service and late delivery

Very bad customer experience. Ordered rather expensive item on 1 March 2026 (and paid at same time) and item STILL not delivered. Now passed due date with NO status updates from Courier in almost two weeks and ONLY assistance from Amazon is to send e-mail to courier and now I MUST AGAIN wait 48 hours before I can do anything else!!!! Really disappointing - quick to take your money, but no service afterwards
