Very bad

I had purchased a coffee table adjustable from them. The delivery was very fast, but when I open it, they send the wrong one. I return it and reorder the one I want from the beginning. I phone them to make sure they send the correct one. When it arrives, it was again the wrong one. I correspondent with them via mail, no answer at all they did not refund me. We paid twice for it but only for one table after we send back the wrong on. Then USA Amazon contact me via WhatsApp call, and that guy who talk to me want to paid R1091 for the refund. The more I told him but Amazon is supposed to refund me, the more he want us to do the refund. The amount that need to be refunded by them is R210. We get no answer out of them. I had also talked to them on their FB page. I am very upset with them and think they are useless
