Useless Online Store

I ordered a Blood Pressure Monitor, they delivered a Micro Phone. Their app just offers a refund and doesn't exchange. This is really an inconvenience as I rely on the machine to monitor my blood pressure. Their refund takes 5-7 working days and I will have to wait for that before ordering another machine and chances are, they will bring another wrong order. Im so disappointed and never ordering from them again.
