Unsatisfactory online payment methods

Trying to pay on the website is not user friendly. Struggled with the payment methods. Not impressed with my first online order with Amazing South Africa. Would rather revert back to ordering from Takealot.com. Customer service resolved the issue, but definitely a unsatisfactory software platform.
