UNPROCESSED REFUND

on the 17th of September I received my Electric Pedestal stand fans, sold by RD JAGLAN TRADING, the item upon opening I discovered that they were broken both fans, I immediately informed amazon, and in all honesty they responded promptly and guided me into returning the items, on the 25th, the fans were collected, I received notification that the seller approved the return, days to follow I was in communication with their customer service agent who really seemed uninformed in handling my situation, which has now lead to this frustration, after much follow up the agents has no knowledge of how the refund works, he was supposed to find out and get back to me, but this is yet to now happen, no one has responded to my messages, it's almost a month and my refund is yet to be processed. I did everything that was required from me, I followed their instructions and now they are playing hide and seek with my refund. I really despise the fact that we now have to resort to reach out to social just to get attention, I really want my refund and hope to never use their services ever.
