Twice I ordered a product from Amazon South Africa and twice I received a different, inferior, and likely counterfeit product as to what was advertised in the listing's photos and description. Seems to me that some sellers create listings with professional photos and descriptions of a brand-name product, but then ship a generic or counterfeit version, hoping buyers won't complain. What's worse is that it appears nobody bothers to check before dispatching. My last purchase was shipped in a package so cheap and nasty, it came apart during the delivery process, or more likely, was simply thrown into the delivery envelope as separate parts. Finally, the packaging was marked with the correct coding but the product was marked with a far lessor coding.
