Too much money demanded

I am doing tasks with Amazon mall online. I am laying a complaint because their system allocates tasks that wants money. I unemployed and the kind of money their system wants gets more each time. My current pending task wants me to load R9000 on the account and I already have accumulated R9000 with the tasks I have done. The agents are telling me to find a way to finish the task because their system cannot cancel a task once it has started. Their systems froze the amount of money I already made. I owe people money because I thought I will finish the task and pay people I borrowed money from and pay my daughter school fees. All I want is my money back and the commissions I already accumulated or they should refund my money that I recharged with.
