Theft from Amazon South Africa supplier MK Cellular Store

The seller said my product is not faulty - It is of inferior quality!!!! I paid money for a ****py product. They responded with this message: Message from seller MK Cellular Store: Good Day, We reviewed your return request and after checking the product is working perfectly. As no faults reported, we can only issue refunds for the items that are damaged, defective. since the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition we are unable to process a refund at this time. thank you for understanding. and have seem to have kept the product and my money!!!!!! That is theft!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I cant get a hold of anyone at Amazon to sort out my issue!
