Terrible service don’t order from Amazon I repeat do not order from Amazon

I bought a white smeg kettle did next day delivery I received a black whistle kettle …I returned it they confirmed receipt of the return but I have not receive my kettle as yet I will never order from this site ever again. There is no communication what so ever when I will get my parcel
