TERRIBLE SERVICE

Its been over a week since they logged a refund for an order that got damaged in Transit. The order never made it to me because it got damaged in transit. They kept connecting me with their delivery person who had to return the order before they can process the refund. The order was returned back to Amazon over a week ago but they still havent made progress on my return. I called and messaged many times but still nothing
