Terrible Service 2 months no refund ***** customers money

Placed an order it stated deliver the next day, after payment it was then stated delivery after 1 month. I cancelled the order and have called useless Amazon more then 10 times. Amazon also logged a refund. It's 2 months and still no refund. Now I must appeal for my own money...... Absolutely useless. South Africa clearly doesn't have the capability to try what the US does with Amazon. It's simple it's my money, no item delivered refund me. Why must bit escalate or appeal for my money??????
