Terrible delivery experience

First time ordering from Amazon South Africa, check out was great and even fast delivery. However dealing with The courier guy was an absolute unpleasant experience.

They have claimed to be outside my house to deliver my parcel but after checking my cameras, there was no vehicle outside my house. I then called the lady from the courier company to explain to her that I think he might be at the wrong address. She then gives me the driver number to phone. After trying to call him four times and no answer. I called back the lady to assist me further she then said she will get the guy to call me.

The driver calls me saying he was definitely was at my address. (Keep in mind the driver is very unbothered and unprofessional to me over the phone). The conversation gets nowhere and he said he will call me back, still waiting for the call!

I will never order from this place again until they change their courier company.
