Terrible Customer service

We saw on Amazon their deals and bought 1 packet of the Nature's Choice Coconut Palm Sugar.

We just recieved it and the packet has holes in it. Amazon didn't pack it in q box but in their plastic packet which also showed signs of piercing.

We tried logging for replacement but it's saying non-refundable and there is no other option. We cannot even call them to complain!

Very very disappointed with Amazon South Africa and 100% glad I did not sign in for the prime membership.
