Takealot is better and less stressful.

If there was a rating of - or 0, this company deserves it. Ordered a book over a month ago. They sent me a wrong book. I must admit, the delivery of the book was quick. But it went down after that.

I requested a replacement book. They do not tell you, you need to return the book first before they can deliver the correct one. For two weeks I have been on the phone with their consultants and it seems the only thing they are taught is to apologise and promise to look into it. Eventually sent the book back at one of their drop off. They did not even give me proof or anything to show that they received the book. They told me it could take 14 days. That was over two weeks ago. To this day I still have not received my book. They sent me an email reminding me to send back the book. WTH! I get on the phone again with their consultant and they tell me they received the book but it takes a while to reflect on their system. As I’m writing this, I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes nobody knows what’s happening.

If you can, avoid this company at all costs. I know I will.
