Supervisor Shaun dropped line because he was unable to sort out the problems

Used items (Yale Video Camera registered to buyer) sold as new - unable to install because registered to previous buyer. Two times in 48 hours delivery not in time. Third delivery confirmed for same day but delivered three days later. Supervisor Shaun dropped the line because I was upset that his children made a lot of noise in background. That is definitely not prime service. I will never again buy anything in amazon and return to takealot. Service was ever excellent.
