Still waiting for refund

I made a purchase on Amazon South Africa on 4 February 2026. I ordered a ring light; however, when the package arrived, some items were missing.

I returned the product the following day and requested a refund. Since then, I have been waiting for my refund with no communication or updates regarding the status of my refund.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. I expect better service and communication, especially after returning an incomplete order.

The seller of this product is EVER GREEN FASHION. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter and receiving my refund as soon as possible.
