STAY AWAY FROM AMAZON!!!!

Stuck with an unwanted falsely advertised wig because no actual human is available to communicate. (The chat-bot is a total embarrassment) Bot told me weeks ago that my return has been scheduled. Still waiting, it's frustrating! I will not be shopping at Amazon again.
