Stay away dont buy from them

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I have had regarding a refund and return process.

On initiating the return, the app clearly indicated that a return document needed to be printed and included in the package. Following this, I contacted an online representative who advised me to take the package to the post office. However, the post office refused to accept the package, citing its size as the issue. Subsequently, I was instructed by the consultant to courier the package to the supplier, which cost me R360.

Since September 16th, I have been in continuous communication with your team, and I was assured that the refund would reflect within 48 hours. It has now been over a week, and I have been informed that the refund is pending as of September 23rd and will take an additional 5 to 7 days to process.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and the after-sales service has been disappointing, with multiple unfulfilled promises. I will urge everyone I know never to buy from them ever
