Speed & Efficiency from Amzon.

I ordered a book from Amazon in Cape Town. I initially had a problem finalising the payment and delivery instruction. A marvellous lady named Letshega (?) phoned me from Amazon spent time sorting things out which were caused by a glitch in a postal code allocation. She was fantastic and, best of all, the book was delivered by The Courier Guy within 24 hours of my order. I'll be back!
