Send used items and don’t refund your return.

The most pathetic customer service. I received a used kitchen item and returned it the next day. This is now a month later and no refund has been made. Tried to contact them but no response. Will never ever order from them again. TAKEALOT 100% better. Goodbye Amazon.co.za!!!!
