Rude Unprofessional Complaining Driver

The driver who delivered my parcel was rude and unprofessional. I do not appreciate that I need to deal with complaints because i took 3 minutes to get to the gate to fetch my parcel. I usually deal with Amazon based in the US and their choice of courier companies is always friendly and professional. Waiting 3 minutes for me to get to the gate to fetch my parcel should not warrant hostile behaviour. Rude, unprofessional and will not purchase from here again. I would rather import and deal with nice drivers than this. Thanks but no thanks
