Return not processed

I bought a rug on Amazon and it wasn't the same as on the picture they advertised. I ordered a return. They sent me address of the seller to post it to them. I did that about 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard from them ever since. I logged onto the app to check the progress they have since deleted the order from my history?? A ****. Do not buy anything from them
