Return and Refund

Received my package 27th Aug, returned it the next day, all 4 boxes received had missing parts. No mention of my refund or the items being checked or scanned i have no idea how to complain to these people, they also just hand up the whatsapp chat and call if you are not satisfied with their response, i have never seen such pathetic customer service ever
