Refund policy is a myth

Refund process is a joke and it is impossible to contact Amazon - South Africans be aware. This is not Amazon UK or Amazon DE or any of the International versions. They sent me the completely wrong product, I logged a return and their courier was supposed to collect. On the scheduled day they never pitched but logged a "nobody Home" response and cancelled the pickup It is impossible to speak to anyone, no way of logging a complaint., First and last time I will use Amazon SA - I will rather order from the international sites which I have done and who have given excellent service
