Refund- order number ***

I made a purchase on the 15 December and the items were not delivered. Their app is not user friendly. You can’t contact anyone for a refund. They owe me R650 to date. Their claims that you will be paid in 14 days. We have passed that going into a month. Please do right by me or I will blow this out of proportion. I see you hide comments. If you can’t help me by Monday, I will resort to them. The said thing they are quick to get orders but can’t refund. I have another pending order which was supposed to arrive on the 8th done on the 7th same thing happening. Not delivered. They owe R637. 00—order # ‫*** I believe you don’t want a lot of people who have been experiencing this treatment to come forward and boycot your store.
