Refund not payed back

I bought a speaker with this online shopping called Amazon SA only to find it was overpriced, damaged and pre-used I logged a return the same day it arrived asked to be refunded of my money I selected a gift voucher option because I did not get another option then I spoke with a rep on their chat site that I want my money back in my bank account and he said it was fixed it’s been two weeks now no money was received is Amazon SA a **** ?
