Refund not being paid

I'm so disappointed in Amazon ,this was my first time using the app and had 2 canceled orders one from 03 September and 08 September 2026. Just contacted my bank they confirmed that there are no pending refunds💔💔💔

I have not been able to contact them either to log a call request ,they say its not available on thier app. These are a bunch of ****mers they are unreachable. They must get out of South Africa . I need my refund please my kids are hungry.
