Refund issues

On the 15th of February 2026, I purchased two items: a sports watch and an iPhone 14 Pro Max case. Unfortunately, both products turned out to be defective and did not function as expected. As a result, I initiated a return and sent the items back on the 19th of February 2026.

Since then, I have been waiting for the refund to be processed. However, to date, I have not received any reimbur*****t for the returned products. Additionally, I am unable to trace the status of the refund or find a clear channel through which I can query the matter. This lack of communication and transparency has left me uncertain about when, or if, the refund will be issued.
