Refund from Amazon

I placed an order on Amazon, few seconds I realised the address was wrong, then the only option I had was to cancel the order, no option to update the address, cancelled the order and was told they’ll process my refund, a month later, no refund, and contacting them is a mission, no cellphone number, no email address, just a customer support that is a robot and refers you to articles.
