Possibly the best service I have ever received.

Bought a chainsaw on 9 Oct. It has started leaking petrol. Amazon site says eligible for return until 9 Nov but then bombs out saying it is ineligible. I used the chat window to talk to an agent. Long story short, they agreed to refund us in full based on my word - they don't even want me to send back the defective unit. Wow!
