Poor setup, poor service.

Poor setup, poor service. They sell 3rd party goods (like most online platforms do). But they play no role in the transaction apart from taking your money. They advertise an item, have you wait 10 days, then tell you it is out of stock (why was it advertised in the first place then). Then they can't tell you when you will get it. You have to keep fingers crossed for the rest of your life hoping you will get it. If you request a refund, they can only msg the seller and the seller has 48 hours to get back to you and let you know if they will refund it.
