Poor service delivery from Amazon SA

I am highly disappointed and frustrated for trusting Amozon . I spent over 6000 and saw that my order was cancelled till date I have not reviewed my refund . The inconvenience that I have been put through . Why allow us to go as far as payment is there will be verification at a later stage . Worst of all today I stayed the entire day waiting for my other order that never came .I kept checking and it was saying it will be delivered today when it hit 7 PM it now read not yet shipped , why confirm it will be delivered then . I am utterly disgusted with the service from this place and I WANT MY MONEY BACK it has been more than 5 days as per the policy still no money !
