Poor service deliver

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on the 15. Its still not here. The courier guy said their driver ran into an accident. Guess they only have one truck. And today they not giving me ETA telling me it will be here before 5. The event is for 2pm. I want the courier guy to semd it back to warehouse and Amazon to refund me
