Poor service by Amazon SA

I have always been full of praises for Amazon SA until now, I purchased 2 Buzz Lightyear toys for my sons, the 1st arrived and it was a cheap Chinese Knockoff while the discription specifically stated it was the Official Disney toy, I immediately logged a return. Today the 2nd one came except it wasnt the item at all it was a small nail care set. I am very dissapointed. No longer will I buy anything from Amazon SA again.
