Poor service and horrible shipping

If i could give Amazin 0 stars i would. Not only did my delivery not come in time their customer service was horrible. I had never ever had such poor service with a big online company. This is ridiculous. I cant even put my disappointment into words. My package was stuck on one line for 52 hours. I had canceld my order when it did not come by 8 PM when it said it would because i needed the package. I do not recommend Amazon for anyone in the world other than USA.
