Poor service

On 30th July I purchased 5 items from amazon.co.za. This was my first purchase with amazon.com.za. For starters all 5 items arrived on different days. One of the items was a 1.5 litre Brentwood kettle. When the item arrived on 4th August, it was a totally different Brand and different size, 2l kettle, which was unacceptable as I purposely ordered the small kettle. After numerous phone calls to the customer service centre I was told to return the kettle and pay for the courier myself, which I did on the 7th August. I was assured this would be reimbursed as the incorrect item was delivered. I was finally refunded the amount for the kettle on 25 August. However, despite numerous phone calls, emails I have still not been refunded the courier fee. All I get told is that the matter has been escalated! This is the first and last time I will be ordering from Amazon.co.za!
