Poor fi;fillment of order

Ordered an item that was in stock (the reason i ordered). I only received the order confirmation mail. When I followed op I was told by bot and customer services that I will receive a mail when it is available an it can take several weeks to get stock. It seems one can rely on what is communicated on the shop. If I could I would have given zero stars
