Poor customer service

My refund foe a returned item has not been paid out since December 2025. The online app provides no help with an email address or contact number to get the matter resolved. It simply says refund failed and thats it. It returned. Return approved. But refund failed.

I cannot understand how such a big company can have such poor customer support. The o line in-store help takes tou in circles with no resolution.
