Poor customer service 🤬

I bought a hp laptop in November last year on Amazon I started using the laptop this year February and it suddenly just stopped working I requested for it to be picked up now Amzon is telling me I overused the laptop how is that even possible , Amazon give me my money back this has been so inconveniencing as I'm a student and need to use the laptop.
